These terms explain the basic rules for using AutoTrader.pk to browse, list, buy, sell, and communicate about vehicles in Pakistan.

Operator and agreement
AutoTrader Pakistan and autotrader.pk are owned and operated by Ai SoftLogic LLC. These terms form an agreement between you and Ai SoftLogic LLC when you use the marketplace.
Who can use the marketplace
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, post an ad, add dealer stock, or send marketplace messages. By posting or messaging, you accept these terms and the AutoTrader safety rules.
Marketplace use
AutoTrader.pk provides marketplace and dealer tools. Users are responsible for checking vehicle documents, ownership, price, condition, payment terms, and transfer status before completing any deal.
Listings and messages
You must provide accurate listing and contact information, avoid misleading claims, and use buyer or seller communication tools only for legitimate marketplace activity.
Verification and safety
Verification codes, inspections, seller signals, and trust indicators help reduce risk but do not replace your own document, payment, and vehicle-condition checks.
Prohibited activity
Users must not post fake, stolen, illegal, unsafe, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, abusive, or misleading content; impersonate others; scrape the service; send spam; request fraudulent payments; harass another person; or bypass platform safety controls.
Reports, blocks, and moderation
You can report an ad or conversation and block a conversation participant from the mobile apps. AutoTrader may review, limit, hide, reject, or remove content or accounts for safety or legal reasons. Repeated or serious abuse may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Service changes
AutoTrader.pk may update, limit, suspend, or remove features, listings, accounts, or communications where required for service quality, safety, compliance, or abuse prevention.
